We use mortgage 2000 to source your mortgage and at the outset we will first of all provide you with an "IDD " that is a document which details our charges and allows you to choose whether we are remunerated by  a broker fee and/or a commission payment (which we receive from the lender ) 
 
We will then provide you with a Key Features Documents which includes the costs of your mortgage and insurance and the reasons why we have chosen the mortgage which we recommend 
 
Different lenders have different criteria for lending  How much they will lend depends on your income and expenses, credit record and other criteria such as how long you have been living at your current residence and how long you have been employed in your current job.   We will calculate how much you can afford to pay and endeavour to find a mortgage which is financially viable for you and suits your individual circumstance and preferences..
